Be it keto, paleo, or some other restriction in the food, there is no doubt that these make you lose weight drastically. But to restrain yourself from consumption of healthy food options is never a healthy way of losing weight.
These diet plans can ruin your stomach and can impact other major organs like the heart and kidneys.
