– Hammer the steak fillet so that it becomes flattened.

– In a pan, put butter and let it melt.
– Then, add all-purpose flour and stir it for a minute until it turns golden brown.
– Turn off the flame, then add black pepper powder, oregano leaves, and salt.
– Mix it well, then add milk.
– Now turn on the flame and keep stirring.
– After a few seconds, the sauce will become thick.

Preparation of Garlic Rice
– In a pan, add oil and then add chopped garlic.
– Then, add chopped green chiles, salt, and chicken cube.

– Then add 3 cups and ½ cup water and let it come to a boil.
